It’s a Swingline 18 inch maple cutting board. It’s self-sharpening and can cut mat board too. We also use our roommates’ Martin Yale stack cutter to trim the edges of our books. We had a stack cutter of our own that we bought cheaply off amazon, but it hasn’t survived.
